Take baby steps toward change.

Even baby steps can climb a mountain. Although it may take longer, you’ll get to enjoy more of the scenery along the way!

Nothing is impossible if you want it bad enough.

Jules spent years working in a stress filled environment within the corporate sector in London before an accident gifted her with a pause in her life. This pause enabled a refocus to discover her real life’s passion; helping others to heal and feel better. A later autoimmune condition developed, shifting her focus toward science-based naturopathic medicine and prompting three years of training with the College of Naturopathic Medicine to qualify as a Naturopathic Nutritionist.

Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy is a functional medicine approach to illness. It determines the root cause of disease with thorough case study taking and helps to eliminate or manage symptoms using food, herbs and lifestyle changes within the capabilities of the client. Jules has a special interest in thyroid disease and complex cases due to her personal experience with Graves’ Disease. To discover how Jules runs her two thyroid clinics, watch the video here.

Jules also holds a Practitioner Diploma in holistic massage, anatomy, physiology and pathology from The Massage Training Institute (MTI) and ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council). She trained over two years with Anja Saunders and Katyayani at The Academy of Natural Health in Covent Garden, London to attain her practitioner qualification in 2006 and continued to gain further skills with On-Site Chair Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hands Free Massage and Hopi Ear Candling (known as thermal auricular therapy), a gentle, relaxing and non-invasive treatment that may aid in the treatment of many ear conditions such as tinnitus, excessive ear wax and ear pain. Hopi ear candles are traditional cotton tubes, infused with beeswax, honey and therapeutic herbs. An inclusive neck and face massage, to aid lymphatic drainage, completes this treatment.

Over the years Jules has brought unique massage to the many in offices, treatment rooms, private sessions and drug and alcohol rehabilitation centres. She works with the massage couch or chair, through clothes or with oils, to create the most comfortable environment for the client, enabling the body and mind to reconnect, facilitate any healing that needs to happen and ultimately help relax, rejuvenate and refresh.

As a Neal Yard Remedies Consultant, Jules advocates the use of these fantastic organic products which are now available to order or experience within bodywork treatments.
